Past Experience: McCann Erickson (event planning & event marketing for XXVI Olympics and XIX Olympics), Director of Catering for Ne Timeas Restaurant Group (developed catering program for restaurant group that includes Flour + Water, Trick Dog, and Salumeria), culinary experience includes cooking at La Folie under Roland Passot (SF Chronicle 4 star, Michelin star) and interning at the legendary Chez Panisse Cafe under Alice Waters

Greatest professional learning experience: Working as Componere’s project manager for the Quail Motorsports, a five thousand person event with logistics including six different culinary pavilions, beverage service and decor.

Favorite guilty pleasure food: Big Chef Tom’s belly burgers & a Mexican Coke

Takes out of town guests to eat at: Aaxte, Rich Table and Del Popolo

Recharges by: Finding time to spend with the family in the sun, sand & snow
